Personalism Roundtable Discussion on Thursday, March 21 at 7 p.m. US Central Time

Thursday, March 21 at 7 p.m. US Central Time, live on Zoom

In collaboration with our friends at the Canterbury House in Chicago, we are hosting a Personalism roundtable discussion. Inspired from philosophers and writers such as Peter Maurin, Emmanuel Mounier, Nikolai Berdyaev, and many others.

Some of the questions we will be pondering:

  1. What is Personalism?
  2. Is there a specific personalist thinker you’re partial to?
  3. What (if any) are the limits to Personalism?
  4. What are some Personalist reforms we might strive to enact in our lives and/or society?

The structure of this roundtable is simple. We will have panel of people from the Maurin Academy, Canterbury House, and a few colleagues of ours with lots of knowledge and familiarity on the topic discussing some of these questions above, and then we will leave plenty of time to field questions and perspectives from attendees.
